In 2003 during O’Neil, Larsson, Sutton times, my son and I sat in section 105 right at the halfway line. The whinging and moaning from many of our fans even then was so bad that we went to Celtic and managed to get moved to section 111 where the Green Brigade are now located. The moaning and whinging was so bad if we had stayed in 105 I think I would have been arrested. Even today I’m amazed at how many of our fans sit on their hands and don’t get behind the team.

It’s so so obvious what’s up with Brendan. He hates the fact we loved Big Ange’s football more than his that’s why he weirdly went out his way to try prove to the press last season that we wa still playing the same football as under Ange when clear to anybody we wa miles off it. That’s what’s up with him. Absolutely fuming when he practically stated fans don’t have a clue about football. The moans at Celtic park aren’t for ‘recycling’ ‘changing the point of attack’ it’s when there’s clear forward passes on and they don’t get played it’s always happened there can’t still remember the boos when Lenny passed the ball to the keeper from the half way line.

Pretty preachy stuff Graham. It's OK to say you know more about entertainment in football than BR (which I don't necessarily agree with) but results are his measure. Atalanta was a joyous (but very stressful) watch...and result! That game meant a lot after Dortmund.

You do understand the the best Barcelona team Ive seen a decade or so ago quite regularly played the ball back and sidewards. Man City quite arguably the best modern EPL team do it constantly, In fact many if not most of the top teams do it... its modern football

As a Celtic Supporter I agree with your comments on BR’s “Start Clapping” on passing the ball back. Ok some will say you’re “entitled” and he keeps “winning cups & Leagues” so he’s right. Eh No that doesn’t mean you should have an opinion on the game. He was basically saying, you no nothing about the game. His style of football would bore you to death. For a club our size and budget we seem to take ages to break teams down. It’s been all sideways & Backwards. He seems to be irked or he’s either been on the fans forums. At Ibrox he was “Schooled” by Clement. He made no effort to change tactics or see what everybody could see the tactics were not working. We were lucky to get to HT at only 1-0 down. So you’d expect changes at HT, but NO his “give the players another 20mins to the SAME system. Then he brings on the subs at the usual 65mins. To me it was damage limitation. Instead of going at this poor Rangers team they virtually every club in the league has taken points of him. And as for the money we spent. We had £26m on the bench at Ibrox, So were they not bough for games like these & Europe or were they bought to play against St Mirren and Motherwell. All that money spent and I really don’t see a big difference in quality regarding us and Rangers apart from there poor away form. That’s why am wary of him being given more money in January. Previous Celtic teams had better and less costly players yet still managed to “batter” teams. I fully suspect we like previous years we will now grind out results at a more regular rate. Unless he changes his stop and start tactics as POSSESSION POSSESION POSSESION SEEMS to be his only way.

We only lost 2 games in 2024. I don't agree with everything Rodgers says, however I do think we as a fan group need to check ourselves and appreciate a winning playing style. I don't like to see us playing the ball back when we're losing on the 90th minute, then I need to reiterate we only lost twice in the calendar year of 2024.

Graham, you, Brendan Rodgers and our whinging supporters need to get a life over the chanting for Kieran Tierney and the way Celtic sometimes play. I’m 74, a Celtic season ticket holder and I stand in The North Curve only 10 rows behind the Green Brigade. It was a freezing cold night, the stadium was almost empty and even many in The Green Brigade section were wrapping up or away home when the chant for Kieran Tierney went up. For your information I would say that at least half of the Green Brigade are so young that I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them haven’t even left primary school.

Erm the match was on a Sunday afternoon dude 😂 the stadium was not empty, The GB were quiet that afternoon. End of the day the only way Kieran Tierney comes to Celtic is if Brendan Rodgers wants it and allows it
