If you're doing Youzansen off of something like c.S, you don't want to do 2369S because you actually super jump and have worse frame data on hit and block. If you're doing it off of c.S 9236S is better because you aren't considered superjumping. Otherwise if you're doing it raw, feel free to do 2369S.

If you don't tk Yozansen but regularly jump and then input 236S, you don't lose your jump cancel in case you want to go for combo extensions after RC, as tk Yozansen is a super jump. Means you can cS, jc, 236S, 66 red RC into instant jH, jc, jS, jH, 236K

c.S jump in this game has a lot more time to do the jump dp, in xrd I needed to do c.S tk Sdp with Sol for the double volcanic viper combo, in this game its just c.S jump half circle foward Hs

Considering how much Baiken's move set has been reduced, Hiiragi should be less damaging and more active to make it a more central part of her playstyle. As it is, if you can read an opponent well enough to use it reliably, it's probably just an uneven match-up skillwise

doing a tk motion for the 236S does a super jump adding on 3 frames btw saw someone say that in another vid so If you can you should not do the tk motion for those sweet sweet frames

Correct, you're still plus if you do 2369S, but you're more plus if you tap up and then do 236S immedietly. If you do 2369S the opponent can throw after being hit and the throw will beat any button you press, but even in this scenario you can backdash or neutral jump, but doing 8236S will mean you dont even need to worry about it

Thanks so much, I think she's surprisingly fun. The tether adds a lot of uniqueness to her mix up game & combos that makes her exciting to freestyle with. As far as character strength obviously nobody knows yet, but at first glance I can't imagine her being a bad character, she seems to have all the tools she needs to win

in strive baiken has become easy to use shes no longer a defensive fighter, yes u can still do that but in strive as u can see from video that you can go on the offensive with her that you cant do much in xrd without getting your ass kicked the game is designed for new players which includes redesigning her style i currently use her online in-which no one uses her a baiken player in april months later is a rare thing since i have switched from valentine to baiken i have ben having more battle requests then ever im level 50 with her i guess fans dropped her when they realized she no longer a defensive fighter seriously her style was gonna get a redesign

I'm a veteran player, but somehow I have a super difficult time to do her chain move after a 2S or 2HS. Never had this issue before and I'm not the only one. Max has the same problem. Is there a shortcut I'm missing?

It’s an awkward input for sure. Unfortunately you can’t input 2S as 1S & then rotate the stick from that position as 1236H. Some games let you do that but GGST doesn’t. You have to either do 2S then immediately do 41236H or input 2S as 1S then move the stick from 1 to 4 then do 41236H. You must input the 4 or you won’t get it.

Comes out frame 1 and active until frame 6(5 active frames).

It’s frame 1, the catch window is very small so you have to be precise with the timing

Yeah, you have to hold the dust button or it doesn’t work.

What? Are you asking how to switch sides with H Kabari? If so, you have to hold H after H Kabari instead of tapping H. It goes further & can switch sides.

Yeah, she’ll only switch sides if she’s somewhat close to them just like Leo. The closer you are to them the more likely you will switch sides. Stand close to them then do H Kabari then press & hold H after Kabari hits
