Nice, a lot of older transition tricks are missing tutorials and a lot of younger skaters are trying to rediscover these tricks.

I found that when you are first learning the drop in part bend down and get as close to your board as you can. For me it made it a lot less scary being that near the ramp. It’s really scary doing it the first time but as soon as you do one you realise how similar it feels to a drop in. Loved those variations! Need to learn those now!

I LEARNED IT ! it took me about 45 minutes to land it twice, in sketchy conditions. Now I have to make sure the front foot really sticks to the board, and drop it the "jumpy" way. Thanks again mister professor !

I just learned these a few months ago but I can't get myself to fall/drop in the proper way, but after watching the way to build up to it, that seems like a good place to start

A backside sweeper is called a Jim Jam because Jim Gray invented it. I had a conversation with Jim and he said that if anything the 'sweeper' should be called the frontside Jim Jam. lol. I like the way Grosso did sweepers, like leave the tail on the coping and jump on to it after having 'swept' across the coping. Sweeping the coping to me, is what a sweeper is. Not some weird hover the board over the deck while your foot is off kind of thing. Although I know that is the traditional 'sweeper'. What did you sweep? The air? The air does not need to swept people.
