Thank you so much for these 3 BIG AHA-moments, Brendon! 1) "You don’t have to know the whole picture. First step. Do the first output. […] A lot of the creativity in life comes in motion.” 2) “If you don’t socialize your learning, you will not achieve your dreams.” 3) “I’m not every waiting to provide service to the world-ever." ... “There’s no one day to be ready. You’re ready now, go!"

"momentum". 4 years ago, I was diagnosted with depression, and overweight. After taking anti-depressant I sarted watching self-help videos, including on this channel. One really struck me at the, time, where Brandon used that word "momentum". I did not get it at the time, like: " Am I supposed to be moving at all times ?" Fast forward to today. I lost 14kg since then, I just ran 19km (you can believe me or ot), and have been running every Saturday for the past year and a half. I exercise 30 minutes every morning (except on the weekend...because its the weekend lol), I got into photography (at an amateur level of course)and spend hours outside chasing birds around.... This long compent is bot to pat me in the back. See it more as a "testimony" and a thank you. I do believe that channel helped me when I needed it

- Blocks of Time - It's incredible how it works!!! - Within those 30 minutes, create your first output... It's amazing... those 30 minutes became a 2 hours block... (well hydrated and stretched) - Without realizing, the "Block of Time" became a HABIT!!! - IT IS SO HARD to start with the Drop List. Apparently everything is important!!! - Talk to someone about the goals. It is hard to do it. I always worked by myself on my goals. - Motivation triggers are great. I had to get rid of my distraction triggers at the same time. Thank you Brendon!!! Great insights!!!!

A Bigg Thank you Brendon. This video came at the right time. Saw this video twice, technically 3 times, figured it out, The 1st Step and 90 day challenge, with weekly checking. The Drop list is what we don't do and get overwhelmed with many things. The motivational triggers will be the break through. 👍👍

@@florenceojewumi5780 I'm sorry to hear you feel that - but super cool you are learning the saxophone. Little and often each week is the way to make progress on an instrument and blocking when to practice is a great idea - especially as we are all so hectic in the week. I know I have to do that with my own practice time. I am sure you have made lots of progress - think what you couldn't do a year ago to today!! It's the small wins we have to notice, especially when learning an instrument :)

A person like you Brendon. When people say that you are gifted on this earth. I would say, you are the person who you are today it's because of your hard work and dedication to become a successful life coach. A moment of insight is what you have shown me today. It's truly amazing how many people come up excuses with throughout there life not evening knowing that the excuss is the reason for there unsuccessful life and saying that other people are to blame. I am brutally honestly speaking for myself first than people who I have observed... At least people should try to give themself the opportunity to learn about their ideas and go through the challenge. This will help you figure out whether it is even worth it or not rather than just wondering in the darkness. The simple example is when you see the same girl every day, you always wonder if you should ask her out or not. So it's better to ask her out and find out and if she is for you or not then you move on buddy. But at least you have the clarity of this outcome in this situation. Yes Brendon, if you find this post interesting please due me a solid and send a copy of your The High-Performance Planner! :)

I've recently started getting up before 6am each day, to do some reading, yoga, and work on something else other than my job. I realised through COvid and WFH I completely fell out of my routine, I decided I would start getting up early after reading Morning Miracle, I'm currently on day 14... Everyone always talks about how amazing they feel, how productive they are etc, and never mention, how tired they feel, or how it can be difficult. I don't find getting up early particularly hard, I like that time in the morning, the difficulty comes when I have to start work. I think one of the problems is I'm not motivated in my current role, I have reminded myself of the opportunity it's giving me and started the process of finding out what I want my next job to be, instead of just moving to a similar role. Come the afternoon I'm tired, not physically, I gym in the evening (when we could!), but more mentally. Almost like trying to motivate myself is tiring in itself. The reason this is frustrating is that I know I can do better, I'm not giving my all or performing my best in my job. In other aspects of my life I am, I've been reading PD every morning (highly recommend Morning Miracle), stretch, working on a little story for my niece and nephew for Christmas but then 08:30 roles around and that motivation falls away. Not sure what my question is lol I'm motivated in other areas of my life and I obviously need to find work, that I value long term. I'm going to keep up the early mornings and committed to 30 days and also look at finding out what I want in my next job. Thank you for the videos, I'm very early on my journey of thinking and acting better so these videos really help and let me know I'm doing the right thing. If someone has read this far, one thing I have learned so far is how important it is to CUT YOURSELF SOME SLACK ONCE IN A WHILE... dont beat yourself up because you were 5 mins late to starting your 30 min block, or didnt have a super productive morning, its okay, personal development is a working progress, the important things is recognizing and learning. And using those lessons to move forward...easier said than done, maybe that's a lesson in itself ;)
