Right on, always listen to how you feel and if you don’t know then journal and really think about how you feel vs how you WANT to feel.

It always boggles me to hear when people are afraid to journal and/or meditate. When I get curious and ask them what makes them feel nervous, fearful, or hesitant, their answer has always been some variation of: *"I'm afraid of what I'll find."* To that, I always say: *"The subconscious brain will never bring up anything that you can't handle. The truth will set you free."* 🕊🖊🧘♀🙏

@@KingaGorski Buchard is absolutely right most people ( a lot of people or too many people ) do not have a good and grounded connection to themselves- because of this obsession with 'consumption' and have turned into 'robots'. Because they haven't listened and heeded to the massive wisdom of Mr Brendon Burchard a marvellous person by any standards. A fantastic thinker researcher and highly ethical and excellent speaker and character of the highest integrity. World class by any standards.

🎯 Key points for quick navigation: 🌱 Most people fail to make significant life changes due to a disconnect from their true selves. 🧠 Cultivating self-awareness through journaling or reflective practices can lead to personal transformation. 🎧 Consuming media isn't the same as listening to oneself; true self-listening requires quiet reflection. 🛀 Activities like walking, meditating, or bathing can be opportunities for self-connection. 📖 High performers and thinkers, like Einstein, dedicate time solely to deep thinking and reflection. 🎨 Achieving clarity about who you want to become is essential for making intentional changes. 🔄 Awareness of the consequences of both action and inaction is crucial for driving transformation. 🦁 Courageous actions, taken consistently, can significantly impact personal growth and success. But how actually put these thoughts into action, why it is hard to connect with ourself
@saimasulaman7 ай бұрын
I think he means ‘thinking time.’ Setting out time to gain clarity on who you want and need to become in order to get what you want. Your actions should align with your new identity. If you say I am a confident person, then you ‘act’ like a confident person. Consider the consequences if you don’t act and stay the same vs if you did act, how different would your life be. Review your habits at the end of the day. Are you on track/off track?
@KingaGorski6 ай бұрын
It's hard to connect with ourselves when we don't take the time, *daily,* to do so. It has to be intentional. We all need regular time set aside for reflection, journalling, meditation... literally just to THINK To contemplate. To get to know ourselves, truly and deeply.To sit with ourselves in solitude, whether at home or in nature, and consider our life's choices, the consequences of them, and the potentials for our life. Clarity comes with quietude and contemplation, then we're able to take action, based on that clarity. 💡

It’s time to do the second daily habit. Get beyond yourself, if you think to much then it sounds like you should already be in touch with your self which is the first daily habit. Now get beyond yourself

All humans have an average of roughly 60,000-80,000 thoughts *per day*. Pretty sure most of us feel we think too much haha. That said, practices like journalling, meditation, and general reflection and solitude are really helpful to *consciously* control our thinking, versus our thinking *unconsciously* controlling us. 💭
