I was fortunate enough to see him in kinky boots from the fourth row and it's honestly something I'll never forget. He had such emotion playing this part that I actually forgot he was "brendon urie from panic" if that makes sense. Along with meeting him after the show (which I cried about for like a week) that was hands down one of the best moments of my life.

I went one weekend and sat like 20 rows back and couldn't stop thinking about it once I got back home so I just said screw it and bought a $400 4th row ticket and went to New York by myself and saw it again the very next weekend. It is incredibly disrespectful to walk into a big theater in ripped jeans and a shirt with a skeleton on it (like the new tour shirts). Idk, maybe it's just because I do theatre religiously but I find it rude of the audience members to show up not looking like they give a shit about the performance. If people wear panic! merch, then it may give the impression that they don't actually care about Kinky Boots or that they are just there for Brendon, which is so sad because this is such a beautiful show.

I saw him in this show in June 2017 and it was just so. I don’t have words for how incredible it was. I was tearing up from just how much talent and energy there was. I want so badly to find a recording of the show that I saw, the same cast and same energy. I want to relive that exact show and watching bootlegs of other casts just doesn’t do it. He was an incredible casting choice and I hope he chooses to do something like this again someday
