My oldest, boy almost 30, has not lived at home for over 10 years. I have moved twice since then, but he still comes HOME for a few days at summer and Christmas. That fills my mom-heart, that he considers it home where ever I am at.

I'm dairy free and pretty much everything can be substituted with almond milk! I actually prefer it. I don't even like cheese so that part is not a problem, but they have vegan cheese out there too if you want it. Love seeing the fam together :)

i’m conviently also having stomach issues and they’re not fun! but my doctor said the reason for mine was because of me not taking enough vitamins!! so maybe just check for a certain mineral or anything missing !

Going dairy free has changed my life! I didn't know my body had inflammation until I cut it out--I feel amazing and my skin has completely changed and is glowing. I prefer oat milk but it is very high carb, so almond milk is the healthier option. Cashew milk is very creamy, which I love for coffee. Coconut milk is as well but adds a strong coconut taste to everything. Trader Joe's has really great dairy free yogurts made from cashews! I highly recommend trying it out, it's one of the best lifestyle changes I've made. xoxoxo

For dairy free coffee creamer I like Lairds Superfood coconut milk creamer( the liquid version). I find the cream/ fat content of the coconut milk most closely matches real milk! it’s hard to find but maybe Whole Foods would have it!

A lot of alternative milks include oils and added sugar that in most cases is better to be avoided. However, they aren’t all bad. Malk oat milk, Three trees almond milk, and Native Forest coconut milk are good dairy alternatives. Another option is to try Organic valley whole milk, raw milk from a farmer (if it’s legal where you are), or a lactose free milk. Best of luck, stomach issues are no fun!

i’m dairy free and i’ve found i can supplement everything with almond milk or dairy free options! ben and jerry’s makes almond milk ice cream, and i love sorbet so i get the Häagen-Dazs mango and raspberry sorbet and it’s dairy free and vegan. i’m not very big on cheese and it’s easy to just get a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger, or get italian dressing instead of ranch, etc. and after awhile i just stopped craving it. i find that if i indulge a little bit in my other favorites, i don’t really notice i’m dairy free.

I have found almond milk to be pretty good and better than oat milk but I may have bought weird bougie oat milk. I gave up eating beef to help reduce my carbon footprint and so I'm trying to reduce my milk intake as well. The hardest part is not eating cheese since I love pizza, so I'm still eating that, but I have had vegan pizza before (not the same). It would be helpful if we all reduced our dairy and beef intake!

I’ve been dairy free because of stomach issues for a few years now, luckily there’s a lot of alternatives now! If you take dairy out of your diet for a bit and notice improvements, leave it out for about 6 months and try to slowly bring it back in, because otherwise you could create an intolerance rather than a sensitivity. Anyways, country crock has great dairy free butter and heavy whipping cream. Nada-moo is the best dairy free ice cream or Cado. Cheeses are a hit or miss for each brand, some don’t melt and are gross but some are okay! Definitely nothing like real cheese though, you could try goat cheese because that’s supposed to be better for sensitivities!

I’m dairy free I have been for many years as I’m anaphylaxis to dairy I drink mostly Oat milk as I find that it’s really creamy but I don’t mind Almond milk. You can buy dairy free cheese. They have so much dairy free ice cream available it is really just trying want you like. It’s not that hard as there is dairy free alternatives for everything now

I am dairy free bc I have intolerance for dairy products. I use rice milk, rice or almond yogurt and vegan cheese, coconut butter and alternative sour cream. I don’t prefer soy products bc I think those are not the healthiest options and I’m also have intolerance on it. I really miss cottage, that’s the only product which I can’t replace :/

My Cousin had a bird poop in his mouth when we were at a beach in San Diego. I am dairy free and I use almond milk and or oat milk in my beverages, I would recommend some lactaide dairy pills which you can get over the counter. Then schedule a DR.’s appointment for lab work to do the lactose tolerance test.
