She and a professional body builder were there at the same time and the difference between their approach was vast. While the body builder went through the motions and casually strolled from one location to the next, she moved with purpose. As he went through his sets with a bored expression, the look on her face was fierce and focused. As sweat ran down her face, she saw only the goals that she had set for herself and the struggle that it would take to achieve them; a struggle she was determined to meet head-on. She would come in and try her best *every single time* and, for that, I salute her.
