I once had Brent come around a corner while my friend were waiting for our ride after a Mastodon show. He was shirtless, wearing no shoes, only blue jeans. He just asked us where to find good burritos around there, bummed a cigarette, and vanished into the night.

I remember when Brent was in Four Hour Fogger. Actually, I was there because my friend Darren Sanders told me his brother played bass for this band and they are playing at Dotty's in Atlanta. There were only 12 people present at this venue and that included the bar staff.

Everyone hating on this clinic - It's Brent Hinds lmao, just who he is. He's doing alot better since he got married sobriety - wise tho. Genuine interviews from him are pretty rare to come by, so regardless of if this was supposed to be a gear clinic it's nice to hear him open up with real perspective and hear some life stories cause that never happens. Plus we all already know Orange makes great amps, and that Brent can play. Bill has some great gear interviews you could watch; he usually goes over his gear and Brents. He got that Orange rep real butt hurt grillin him about how he had the amps set up tho 😂😂😂 Dude obv doesn't know Brents " interview " personality.

In the past year I have bought two Orange amps. I still have them. They make great sounding amps! I would recommend the Orange CR120 for anyone who plays hard rock or metal. It's a solid state amp but it sounds so good. It seriously sounds like a tube amp. And being solid state there is literally zero maintenance on it and it's cheap! Orange killed it with that amp and they already make killer tube amps.

5:54 "Any man that stands with a guitar is because a black man stood first with one." Are you kidding me? Les Paul invented the electric guitar. He is a white man. Have you ever heard him play the guitar? Look up his videos. He's amazing.

@metaldude1987 жыл бұрын
I know my history. Yes there have been many black men who played the electric guitar. But there have been many white men who played the instrument, too. When a white man invented the electric guitar you can't give credit to the black man.
@seangrimm83297 жыл бұрын
metaldude198 I don't remember him saying electric guitar..... Just "guitar", and in that case, yes, a black man
@metaldude1987 жыл бұрын
@ Sean Grimm... Really? Then who invented the acoustic guitar? What was that black man's name? You will not give me a black man's name because a black man did not invent the acoustic guitar. According to historians, the first acoustic guitar was from France or Italy. Black people did not live in those countries centuries ago. And anyway, if you can't come up with a specific name then your point is done. When it comes to rock and roll, Les Paul is responsible for that. Not black men. Les Paul invented the electric guitar. Period.
