Sooner fan my whole life...but I have to admit that I watched a lot of Clemson games this past decade because of Coach V. His passion for the game is contagious. From the opening kickoff until the final seconds tick off the clock, he is the most intense guy in the stadium. Always room for new Fans. Boomer!

He's a great coach and he's bringing all knowledge that he gained in the last 10 years back to OU. Unfortunately, Riley is not a real deal coach, never really was and never will be. He kinda just ran Mike Leach's playbook and got an overblown reputation because he lucked his way into Mayfield, Murray, and Hurts. That was his claim to fame but it got us nowhere because we played soft, finesse football. That shit is over now with Brent back and were gonna win again.

While we could have used some of those Clemson recruits, it’s refreshing that we have a guy that feels poaching Coach Sweeney wouldn’t be the right thing to do. It may cost us 3-5 good players, but that pales to the sense of honor and decency on display. Coach Stoops is about doing things the right way, and Coach Venables is the same way. Character matters at the end of the day. I think we have the right guy for Oklahoma. I’m the most excited I have been since guys named Baker and Kyler roamed the campus.

Riley didn't even have to go after those kids, he already had the little fruitcakes loyalty. They would've followed him to Tulane, it wouldn't have mattered. Sucks for them though because they'll never compete at the highest level.
