Thanks, BrenTech. I have the 'Get the latest Updates as soon as they're available' toggled on and when it couldn't download (also tried it manually, got a notification saying 'This update is not applicable to your computer' and it stressed me the hell out) since releasing, I thought it was a major update that would mess up my system if it wasn't installed. Glad to hear that it's an optional one, nothing wrong with my system without it anyway. Thanks again, saved me more headaches than I can tell you.

For me the update downloads fine but does not want to install even after following tutorials related to the error displayed. I finally disabled the option that allows you to receive updates in advance and it appears as an optional update. Thanks for the vids. Keep up the good work.

Windows 10 is like fine wine; it gets better with age. Meanwhile, Windows 11 is like an endless construction project: it always feels like something's missing to make it complete.

KB5046714 took ages to install on my PC this morning, so I thought it must be something to do with a version update, as they're always very slow.

this update broke the weather on the taskbar for me it keeps disappearing when i put the mouse over it it appears then when i move it again it goes again

Welp, RIP Windows Optional Updates for 2024 and RIP Windows 10 as a whole next year. It's been a good time with Windows 10 :(

Windows 10 isn't exactly finished yet. IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 will continue getting security and bug fixes until 2032.
