BrenTuning ECU Flash and ECU Tune First Impressions on my Yamaha R1. So far so good! Lots of power in the low and mid range and the engine feels much less restricted. Brentuning makes the R1 Ecu flash and R1 Ecu tune an absolute breeze of a process. The Sprint Filter definitely added a lot more air for the intake of the bike as well! This tune pairs perfectly with the graves exhaust as well, delivering the deep r1 exhaust sound that we all love! Other companies providing a Yamaha R1 ecu flash and ecu tune include Moore Mafia, Bauce Racing and Woolich Racing!

Yo so I just got my 2022 r1 brentune flash and it's running horrible. Loss of power and speed wants to stall when I rev not under load I have the gaves 3/4 with the 02 delete and a sprint air filter. Did u have any issue with yours. I used bren on my 2020 s1000rr and it was a great flash just really disappointed on the r1. Any help would be appreciated 🙏 thanks

Yeah, I am still getting used to the power band after switching from my R6. I don't want to do wheelies and get to 12 o clock, just little power wheelies. Once I am comfortable I will turn it off.

It would lift in first at 7k rpm stock map with exhaust in first. I am in Australia, waiting for woolich flash to be done on my 2020 r1. Nice video series, love the content so far.

Flashing an R1 turns it into a completely different animal. What I don't like about them is that the gas mileage goes to trash after the tune I'm getting 17 - 23 mpg. It's just annoying having that fuel economy with that 4 gallon gas tank, no fuel gauge either basically have to fill her up every single ride. Once you open it up though its all worth it

Haven’t paid much attention to the fuel since we top off at every station after a canyon but the power is insane!!

Just done a woolich flash and Dino tune my 2020 r1, the mileage actually improved. It was 7.9 litre/100km and after tune it is now 7.1 litre per 100km

Thank you! I LOVE this graves system. I did have them weld some O2 sensors on the y pipe but other than that Bt will give you instructions on what to do.

Yikes. 5.7 is def a height worth to consider. It can be accomplished if you have experience on 1kcc and can handle that weight. However if you are not experienced by all means pass on this bike. If you have rode a 600 or liter on a regular then your height is achievable forsure. I know many girls/guys that are 5.6 that ride an R1 no prob

Yes this was with stock headers. I personally don’t think aftermarket headers for the R1 do anything but save weight.

No it doesn't, unless you specially ask for a different power mode to be the pit lane limiter, they could maybe do that!
