No...you're not the only one who wishes Skyeward had actually happened. Honestly I think they killed a lot more potential for the show when they failed to redeem him. I kept expecting a redemption arc that brought him back to the team. He was my favorite first season because they developed his character more than many of the others. He was interesting to watch and charismatic. I really felt like they missed out on something so much that I stopped watching the show after the reveal. I recently went back and binged it all, but I still felt they had made a huge mistake.

Well yes, don't get me wrong, they're both in happy relationships, but I just find it so funny when people use "we're like siblings!" as a shorthand for "we're close friends but we're not dating", even when they're clearly attracted to each other and not even trying to hide it. And there's nothing wrong with that, you don't stop finding other people attractive just because you're in a happy long-term relationship. But come on, guys, you're not like siblings. If siblings acted anything like that, most people would be majorly creeped out. ;)
