I appreciate both Christophers' points on (1) care homes and (2) the difference of this model when compared to China, because I'm currently trying to write my undergrad dissertation on asset management and care homes. But I'm really struggling with finding sources, does anyone know anything about this and could point me in a certain direction? I'm listening to his audiobook now, but there's nothing incredibly specific yet. Also, does anyone know how i'd get information about China's asset management? Or their adult social care sector - whether they're predominantly state owned? Etc I just wish I could talk to Christopher and ask him how he sourced all these things! Of course, he notes in the book how difficult this topic is to research because of the anonymity! But damn! Maybe I should have just chosen a different topic! But it's so interesting😅
