@@Mikeldsmith009 His accuracy only got better with age. That slant he had with Driver was unstoppable. The interceptions? That came from a man with a winner's mentality trying to win. He believed he could make every throw and sometimes people made plays. Waaay more fun to watch than the modern safe NFL game. I like Love because he goes for it too. He is not afraid to make the throws even at the risk of throwing a pick. You always feel like you have a chance with a guy like that and that is how we felt with Favre.

I don't think Brett was doing back shoulder. Aaron started it. I'm pretty sure. Farve wasn't a precise thrower like Aaron. Farve relied on throwing quick and hard. Farve is the leader in interceptions. Love is the least emotional of the 3. Aaron read coverages, and was a master of chznging plays correctly. Farve wasn't. Love should be better than both.

And for Love to not miss a single beat when next man up he plays with them like he's played 10 years with him!! As a guy who grew up idolizing Majkowski... I hope that Favre gains appreciation for Ted Thompson someday. It seems like he might be close at this point. But I'll never forget how Thompson stood up with what seemed at the time like the weight of the world on his shoulders. I remember one time when a reporter asked Ted if any part of the Favre dispute was caused by ego. Thompson replied "Ego...? Look, you can *have* my ego. My ego is completely gone at this point." And then it *worked* !! A-Rodg turned into a sure-fire first-ballot hall-of-famer. Ted Thompson *did* that. It's an amazing accomplishment.

Its been said that the night before Thompson ultimately traded Favre, he didnt sleep a wink. Even when he knew in his heart that it was the right move, he still double and triple guessed himself. Thats the kind of respect he had for Favre and what he did for the team. He almost changed his mind.

Brett does have appreciation. When Brett came back with Minnesota and beat GB in 2009, the first one to text him with congratulations was Ted. Brett was so floored by it that any hate he had left for him was gone. He appreciated Ted from that day forward.

I just hope in 15 years after a great career Jordan doesn't disappear up his own ass like Favre and Rodgers did.

He didn’t get paid it went to the college and what didn’t was paid back. He didn’t take it thinking it was illegal. He took it but didn’t want to because of where it came from. He didn’t do anything illegal. The state did. Which they did way worse than that
