He believed he could make every throw and sometimes people made plays. Waaay more fun to watch than the modern safe NFL game. I like Love because he goes for it too. He is not afraid to make the throws even at the risk of throwing a pick. You always feel like you have a chance with a guy like that and that is how we felt with Favre.

I'm not going to lie, I was not a Jordan Love fan. My prediction for this season was he would either be benched or injured. In my mind he did not have the ability to be an NFL quarterback. I don't think Brett was doing back shoulder. Aaron started it. I'm pretty sure. Farve wasn't a precise thrower like Aaron. Farve relied on throwing quick and hard. Farve is the leader in interceptions. Love is the least emotional of the 3. Aaron read coverages, and was a master of chznging plays correctly. Farve wasn't. Love should be better than both.

As a guy who grew up idolizing Majkowski... I hope that Favre gains appreciation for Ted Thompson someday. It seems like he might be close at this point. But I'll never forget how Thompson stood up with what seemed at the time like the weight of the world on his shoulders. I remember one time when a reporter asked Ted if any part of the Favre dispute was caused by ego. Thompson replied "Ego...? Look, you can *have* my ego. My ego is completely gone at this point." And then it *worked* !! A-Rodg turned into a sure-fire first-ballot hall-of-famer. Ted Thompson *did* that. It's an amazing accomplishment.
