Don’t you think the person in control of that money is the person who stole it? Favre didn’t have control or access to any of that money. He didn’t steal anything…he was given the money by a government source. Keyword here is “given.”

Farve received millions of dollars from TANF, but he claims that receipt wasn't his fault, but instead the fault of others, because he was tricked concerning the welfare funding. He acknowledges that the system is broken, and that he is there in order to testify and help Congress to fix the problem. Nevermind his slight of hand, or his concern by asking whether the money could be traced back to his receipt, I suppose this concern should now be minimized, since he found it necessary to share that he now has Parkinsons during the TANF hearing. Now I wouldn't go as far as some podcasts have gone and refer to Farve's situation as Karma, but I will stick with the fact it was fraud waste and abuse. But in order to whitewash the crime, the definition of the term looks to be his defense. It appears to me that Farve has now become the victim of the system, albeit Farve's net worth is more than $100 million dollars.
