I am coming back to yoga after a right hip injury and these beginning videos are great! I did the vinyasa and hatha this am. Now on for more hip stretches. Thank you. (PS been out for 8 months!)

I am finding doing yoga at night makes me sleep better and feel better in the morning verses doing yoga in the morning.
