Following the throat chakra yoga practice, I checked this meditation out. What a great combo, I really enjoyed it. Being a singer, I think the throat chakra is "my chakra". Thank you for sharing these wonderful and calming videos!

Hi Brett. Checking out your site. I"ve been using your yoga and meditations as part of daily my morning routine and I love how you really go for the breath; my normal deep breath is at 12 in -21 hold -24 out and I like how you really focus on that. It makes me happy to breathe and go slow, and really really focus. I've been doing a week a chakra as PTSD recovery and boy a boy, starting week 5 today and I am just such a different person. Wow! Very interesting after-effects. An injury that I sustained to the back of my neck was vibrating in what felt like a very healing way.

Seems like the heart chakra session yesterday activated my throat chakra as well. I went to my neighbors apt. who has been disrespecting the building community rules and making lots of noise during siesta hour (I live in Spain) and stood up to them. No matter how many excuses they came up with and how many times they interrupted me, and tried to shut me up, I stood there firmly until I finished speaking my truth. This Meditation felt really good not only in my throat , but in my whole system. Gracias 1 ;
