I'm learning about crema. Gail (we see in a lot of reviews) from Seattle Coffee said the crema is gas waste coming out. That doesn't sound pretty. I liked a review calling it blonding. The medium roasts produce more crema than darker. If you want the a dark. I'm learning.

Hi, I know this is an older video, but I just found it now as I am considering purchasing an espresso machine. I love the features on this machine but is it worth the price? Hi, this machine has been around for some time now and the reliability has been pretty good. Breville provides a 2 year warranty (in Canada) on this product too so that gives you additional peace of mind.

I currently have a Jura Z6 (super automatic) but I'm looking for something a bit more... manual thats going to produce a better coffee. Is this machine a great choice or does it deliver the same quality as a super automatic ? Is it better to buy a Dual Boiler or Barista Express for better coffee? thank you

so the dual boiler is not only for frothing milk and extracting coffee at the same time, it also benefits just making espresso by pre-infusing? Did I get that right?

Yes, having a separate boiler for coffee gives you greater control, especially of the temperature so you can really dial in your espresso to get the best results

CCCP There is a very large difference in these machines both in terms of price and in user experience. The La Marzocco machines are traditional machines that will require a good Espresso grinder and will require more input from the Barista. The Oracle is designed for ease of use and a streamlined process that makes almost everything automatic.

Hi, just adjust the amount of foam. Make it foamier for a cappuccino and less foam for a latte

We haven't experienced any issues with the Oracle that I would characterize as excessive. Breville includes a two year warranty and offers quick turn around for service in Canada. The machine in our showroom is one of the original Oracle machines on Canada and it has never required service.

So I have question...,, how many cups I can make lattes non stop? Example when I have 10 friends come over can I make 10 cups at one time?

kon shukin You can make two shots at one time using the double basket. To make 10 drinks you would have to repeat the process 5 times. There is no downtime between drinks though and the time to make 10 milk based drinks would be about 5 minutes
