Hi Joe , i have a problem to get silky texture on milk, stimwand is working good, i test different milk, and different techniques but stil i have only warm milk and no good texture. Can you help me with any technical problem like presure pump some solenoid or something. Thanks.

Hi Joe can you let me know the part numbers for the pump and OPV? And do you know if it’s the same specs for the Oracle touch too?

Hi Joe, I am having a similar issue, no water pressure at the group head but I have water pressure at the hot water spout. I take it that you didn’t have water pressure at either spot? Thoughts?

I had no water pressure at either the group head or hot water spout. I can’t explain why you would have one and not the other. The pump services both outlets.

Thanks Joe, I think it might be an intermittent fault with the pump. I will order a new one. Standard procedure to replace both pump and OPV?

Hi Peter, not necessary but highly recommended to replace the OPV and pump at the same time.

No. The machine is about 6 years old. It’s working perfectly now.
