It was the Yoriichi training doll the swordsmith's made and muchiro and tanijiro trained against before upper 4 and 5 showed up. The swordsmith had to make the doll have 6 arms to match actual Yoriichi's speed/power.

if you activate demon slayer mark when you have yoriichi or tanjiros sword with hinokamikagura turned on you will get another effect which will make you immortal to projectiles like arrows and upper moon gyoko and it will make you strong very strong called yoriichi

explanation for the six handed yoriichi: (some spoilers ahead) no tests not yoriichi, thats a doll replica that the swordsmith village people made so that swordsmen could train. the reason it has six arms is because his moves were so hard to replicat that they had to give the doll extra arms to try and imitate his strength.
