Well said!!!! Over 10yrs we've been at it. And absolutely never had any problems.. ever!! Nail on the head. Sick of seeing those channels and was tempted to do a video ourselves, but didn't want to upset these big channels doing it and scaring others, we'd just be there to debunk them and their scary videos 😅😊. Keep up the good work Cully!!👌🏼👍🏼

Respect everything, I had a wild camp in a gorgeous area, I woke up to gunshots and led raining down hitting the leaves above my head, only time I've felt scared I was in dispute whether to leave or hang it out, leaving could lead to an accident so I bunkered down. Except certain circumstances we are the scariest things in the woods. Nice to have a brew with you mick, much respect.. BatW

Agree totally with all you have said - Video creators, whether for YT, Rumble or any other platform , do have a responsibility to portray reality and not try to warp it for their own monetary benefit. Very well said. Stay well, stay safe, Helen and Katarin et al

Behind the content are people who are too afraid to go camping .. savaged by a squirrel is always the greatest risk . . You're so right , the last thing you'd do is set up a camera if there was something dodgy . . You are a wise man Mick . Bravo .

I agree with you, Mick. However, I would rather have someone telling us how to prepare for that "fear-mongering"/worst-case-scenario, just in case....but, allowing us to "dial it down" on a case-by-case level or standard. What may not be all that important or immediate for a traveling Bedouin/Gypsy/"Homeless" individual, may be extremely immediate for a family of 6 with kids that live in an urban environment, where they all need I.N.C.H./Bug Out bags and time to evacuate (if that is their SOP). But, we all have to get out in the woods to practice our skills, see what works...and what doesn't, of course...and learn to adapt to different stimuli (big difference for urban folk, than for rural folks, to be in the woods). We should also get into the woods for fun, relaxation (and we add caffinated drinks ??? LOLOLOLOL !!!), and best of all, to connect back with Mother Earth, and get our "primal" selves back "centered" to that part of us that we sadly have moved away from (the old "caveman" part of us, that kept us safe and allowed us to learn, strive, and maintain our familiar groups). Thank you for giving us another thought-provoking topic/idea, Brother. It is great to stir up those brain-juices, that have us to become a lulled entity, at times, driving us into fatal complacency. Sometimes, we just need to stop and think, in a safe and relaxing environment...out in the woods. Keep up the great work !!!

As a youtube influencer, everyone has a certain amount of responsibility to their followers. Putting people off if they're new to the channel of craft and doing dangerous things that could hurt others is, in my opinion, irresponsible, especially as the channels grow .People copy what others do, whether it's meant to be the case or not . A lot of like-minded people like our community can see the funny side of some ,but forget others do not ,I'm so glad you brought up this subject ,brother, with great power comes great responsibility, as uncle Ben would say in spiderman.see you mañana brother. Brilliant , there is a duty of care as you said...people who make fun videos for the laughs are great but those that produce a scenario that's fake to get clicks are just sad. We are very lucky to have some amazing public areas..for ALL to share...so be mindful. Loving seeing the autumn 🍁🍂 especially when I'm not well enough to go out. All the tubers that take us less able on their journeys I applaud...you take us along on that journey...thank you. Also thank you for the words from the heart Mick. 🌾🍄🌳🦉

i dont mind scares for scares sake or even a horror video but i think we have a duty of care as creators to be mindful when we create and not ruin others enjoyment of the great outdoors and of coarse theres risks and real dangers that we should point out but agin with a level head and senseability to others love you

Nice video Brother and i agree especially about respecting the locals etc. At my permission there is a route around the outskirts of the site that dog walkers use so you have to stay mindful . It took me over three years to get the permission on the understanding that it is for helping out fellow Veterans plus i have the opportunity to spread this throughout the UK with the landowner. This community of Veterans and the odd bush crafter etc are more than welcome to come here for a long weekend camp so maybe next year in late spring early summer as the cold weather knocks me for six with my health issues. The location is in Derbyshire so middle of the country but i must add that anyone that wishes to come keeps the site location private and no content shared online that can give that away. The last thing i want is wild campers taking a liking to the site and camping there illegally as not only would it spoil the location if they start to build structures etc but i would soon loose the permission i have fought so hard to get. No disrespect against anyone but my intentions are that its for a quiet retreat for fellow Veterans not a camp site for You Tubers etc but i dont mind sorting something for next year so we can all have a meet up no names no pack drill. I hope you all understand ref filming etc and i will keep in contact with Mick ref any future details. Lest We Forget.
