If Yelich, Adames, and somebody else down the lineup (like Frelick) get hot in October (like we've seen them capable of just this year), then there isn't a team I don't think the Crew can't handle.

It's gonna be tough because they'd likely have to get through both ATL and LA. They're gonna have to have a couple guys on offense go on a complete heater.

​@@kylecraig6789plus what about that huge mistake of trading Hater last year right before the playoff run? We can't just pretend as though that doesn't have residual affects that trickle down the pike. That kind of decision by a ball club would get into the minds of the other players.

@markjantz6177 Ehh. I'd say it's time to get over that. Yes, it was bad at the time, but Stearns made more than enough great trades and signings through his tenure to let me give him a pass there. I understand why he did it. He even openly admitted that was a mistake. You're also forgetting we don't have Contreras this season without that trade. He's been arguably our most valuable player this season. The past is the past.

that contraras deal was the best in baseball history, counsel is a genious and so is the GM who learned under Stearns who is also a genious, they've always got a guy ready to take the job, and if whoever isnt producing then theyll lose their job its common sense, but ive never seen it done before the stearns/counsel era

As a Phillies fan, I’m watching this playoff race too..this Brewers team is dangerous and will win their division. I’d rather face the cubs tbh as we pretty much dominated them this season.

As a Braves fan, I am very happy for Contreras. He deserved to play more but it was not going to happen in Atlanta due to the depth and how we use our catchers. I hope he gets a big bag 💰 too💯🍢 Chop On 🍢
