No one knows who they were. Pre contact. These points are 5,000 to 3,000 years old. The style of points known as Brewerton were more of an idea spread out throughout a large area over a long period of time resulting in different variations creating a complex of the style. The Delaware and the Susquehannok were the natives here at contact. The Nanticoke and the Shawnee moved into the area after contact.
