As a long time real ale drinker in the UK (born and bred) this is superb and reassuring that Americans are not only brewing excellent ale but just catching on to the proper way of serving it too. Why take so much trouble over the craft of brewing and then pump the finished product full of CO2 artificially? I was going to make the point about us in Kent not liking sparklers on hand pumps (it knocks the condition and sparkle out of it) but you've just made it! Great stuff, Well done. Can't wait to start all grain home brewing again!

The point being what exactly?!

It's funny to watch this, as a barman from the south-east of England and trained in how to treat cask ales, this is really not treated like anything special as there are thousands with the same knowledge. Also I had the impression that only our us in the UK liked our beers. I suppose that is what it is like when Belgium and Germany are over the border with their own distinctive tastes.

+Sam Critchley I didn't fully realise that this was a specifically British thing until watching this.

Adapt to the ways lol just rack ale into the washed cask fine it and shive it up its too easy the whole kegging process adds more equipment like filters and carbonation tanks whereas casks just literally rack beer and leave it to condition.
