Awesome, very inspiring. Marin Kombucha have an 'oak aged' OG flavor which is really nice. This looks like a great way for home brewers to get similar results.

Yeah maybe similar results! One other way if you don’t want to commit to a full oak barrel is to use oak spirals in any vessel you might have now.

@@cerenyesil4409 great gift for a more advanced kombucha brewer! It ferments quicker and there were some process changes I had to make but if it’s someone that has been doing it a while and can adjust, then could be a great gift!

Which type of oak barrel do you prefer to use for a better flavoring Oak bourbon aging barrel or Americal oak barrel or any other ?
