Great video again Guys.I have noticed that some brewers have a sterilizing spray, that I see them spray on a spoon or paddle eff then dip into the brew?.Could you tell me if that is safe and if so which sterilized that it would be.Thanks David

Hi. That sounds like a no rinse steriliser which technically should be left to dry before using. I wrote a guide on which steriliser to use for brewing - www.brewbitz.com/pages/how-and-why-you-need-to-sterilise-your-brewing-equipment In this case, take a look at Chemsan - www.brewbitz.com/products/chemsan-no-rinse-steriliser-100ml. This is most likely the one they are using as it can be put in a spray bottle. Hope this helps.

Great video, ordering a kit now, but can you leave the background music off future ones please? I found it a bit distracting.

Thanks. Glad you like it. I get what you say about the music, but I prefer it to cover the quiet parts. I’ll turn it down a bit more though. Thanks for the feedback. Hope you love the beer kit and the beer!
