This is a really good video and discussion. 'Demystifying' type videos can be incredibly complex, though well intentioned. The '95% water' component that gets overlooked in brewing is totally understood but what to do next I'm not sure.

Are you a pro brewer or a home brewer mate?
@NW-lj6oo2 ай бұрын
Home brewer on my fourth batch, so a newbie on a steep learning curve. These videos from industry leading pros are incredibly helpful, as there is so much noise to cut through.

Is there a common or acceptable PH level for most beers?
@RockstarBrewer17 күн бұрын
The target beer pH of your beer is determined by the style and the colour of the beer. It's a flavour number so go for what tastes good for you 🍻

@@RockstarBrewer Thanks! My friend has a brewery and they make great lagers. However, their hazy's are just a real miss and really trying to figure how or what is missing in the process. I'm listening to your Hazer/clear video now. They hazy are really not hazy and all have a distinctive brackish finish??
