I hate drinking games -- not to be confused with drinking while playing games -- because I unconsciously keep drinking as normal. Plus, when you are of legal drinking age, you don't need a game for an excuse to drink. Homebrewing and having gallons of beer on-hand is a critically good reason alone. Really enjoy the brewery episodes--keep 'em up!

Michael - What is the difference between Sacch Rest at 152° F for 60 minutes and then Mashout @ 170° F for 10 minutes? I found this recipe online and it includes both Sacch' Rest and then Mashout - can't find any information online. Many thanks
