Actually it turned out as plenty of people anticipated and warned about. The problem is Ratcliff, Dyson etc just wanted deregulation and tax breaks

@@neiltitmus9744 I find it hard to believe some of the most high profile UK business men didn’t understand what was plainly obvious. Dyson was already preparing his exit to Singapore and Ineos moved a lot of operations to Ireland, why do that if everything was going to be fine. They were happy to sell out farmers, fishermen, hauliers, small businesses, students, hospitality etc so they could profit

Most business leaders who succeed do it because of luck - not a huge intellect. This guy is a prime example.

I read u are a billionaire. Exxplain how you did this without paying your tax at the same rate as workers on PAYE. Are ALL your sources of income taxed at the same higher rate as people in work? If not, why not?

A minority view, thankfully. I guess when millionaires and career politicians are in the vanguard of arguments for remain then you must assume that it is of benefit to them and not to the rank and file.

@@arthurdixon5890 Yes, very much an on relationship for the 47 years up until 2020. Rather than a que sera... whatever happens happens approach I prefer my country to have a plan... you can see what happens when there's no plan by looking back at the UK's policies after the Brexit referendum and at how the country has fared since Brexit.

@@arthurdixon5890Utter rubbish. It is too easy to take this view. In 1946 the UK government was told by Roosevelt's government that the way ahead was European integration. Churchill refused as he thought that he could regenerate the Empire. After the Suez fiasco Selwyn Lloyd admitted that theTories had made a serious mistake and overtures were made to join the EEC. It took from then until 1973 to persuade them that the UK was genuine. The fault lies with successive governments that they didn't carry the electorate with them, showing the advantages instead of blaming the EU for problems caused by the government.
