The book was GREY BEARD. Lol. Great story bit weird like many of his books. Stunning imagination. As always. I read HOT HOUSE When I was 13yrs. Was confused but loved it. Re’read it at 20yrs. Old. And it blew me away. I belive I’ve read every thing he’s ever written. Hand reared boy. Long journey !?? The Generation ship one. Home from the Hunter home from the hull. . Lol. Forgot the label. Lol. And 50 more short storys. Love his style.

Harry is science fiction author Harry Harrison. He wrote Make Room! Make Room!, which the film Soylent Green was based on.
