+the KINGS KID It is the description the Bible John uses in Matthew 3:11 and Luke 3:16. There is no specific meaning to the very word "fire" in Greek other than normal fire. John baptized with water unto repentance: the water was ceremonial and had no cleansing power; the repentance, though real, did not bring a person to full salvation. John viewed his ministry as preparatory and partial. Jesus would completely overshadow John. He would be mightier, He would be more worthy, His work would reach farther for He would baptize ... with the Holy Spirit and fire. The baptism with the Holy Spirit is distinct from the baptism with fire. The former is a baptism of blessing, the latter of judgment. The former took place at Pentecost (Acts 1:5; Acts 11:16), the latter is still future (at His second coming (see Mal 3:1-2 with Luke 7:27). The fire speaks of judgment.. The former is enjoyed by all true believers in the Lord Jesus, the latter will be the fate of all unbelievers. This is very powerful. I heard Brian Carn was in my area about two years ago. I live in south carolina. I heard he was in Beaufort, South Carolina. I wish him the best in the future and also to you Rod Parsley. I have been listening and watching you on TBN since I was in High School. I was like (No offense) who is this white man who is so annointed. He preaches like a black man!! But you know God does not see color. He see our hearts. I love to see people from different races and backgrounds come together. I dont see that too much here in south carolina. In my church, we have puerto ricans, whites(they come sometimes), and mostly black people that are in my church. Everyone enjoys themselves.

The holy spirit to me is a comforter and it tells me what to do in situations. I am not saying he is perfect. I watched the video on here about the scandal he was in. All we can do is pray for him.
