Yes Brian was a totally honest hurler, and a powerful hitter. Himself and the late Teddy Mc Carthy (RIP) be strong contenders for a position on any of the great county teams. Hurling badly needs the return of " the rebels " and the carnival atmosphere they bring to the game. Having said that there's no charity in hurling .

Fantastic Hurler and Gentleman one of Cork Greats. ..just a pity he couldn't break through Noel Hickey in 2006 All ireland final, so many of the great team failed to light up that day...that would have being the perfect departure thats life...👏👍.@paddy Sullivan Cork
