Brian Fallon - The Blues, Mary (Live at The Crossroads Music Club in Garwood, NJ)

On December 2nd Brian Fallon of New Jersey's Gaslight Anthem played an extremely intimate secret show, the first of four sold out shows at The Crossroads Music Club (www.xxroads.com) in Garwood, NJ. Fallon was backed by Gaslight's 2 other guitarists Ian Perkins and Alex Rosamilia. Rocky Catanese of Rocky Catanese and the Chapter, and Jared Hart of The Scandals opened the show. Originally 3 dates were announced. With those dates all selling out incredibly fast, the owner of the venue posted a waiting list "if any extra tickets were to become available". The club owner then contacted anyone who signed up for the waiting list letting them know that a fourth previously unannounced show would be happening but to keep it hush hush. In the internet age keeping a show like this a secret seems like an impossible feat, especially with a performer as popular as Brian Fallon but somehow it managed to stay under the radar.
