This is what makes a band like AC/DC so amazing No Egos No Bullshit..They never cared for the typical Rock Star lifestyle..very humble down to earth guys.

Brian is the absolute perfect replacement for poor Bon's departure. I grew up with both versions of ACDC. One of the best Rock bands ever. 🤘
@mooglemy38133 жыл бұрын
Doug not a replacement for Bon, but a singer with a different talent to the former. I listen to Bons recordings and love what he did. Of course the same with Brian. I don't compare them as they both stand alone in their singing and stage presence. My opinion!

Brian Johnson, what a bloody legend. I grew up in Australia in the 70s, ACDC with Bon were awesome, but hell, Brian also had a magical ride with the band and made his contribution unique.

Brian Johnson is something else, him talking about Malcolm was incredible. I got such a kick out of that because that was so much like how Malcolm was. they all became close friends very quickly. I always give Brian credit for doing the best job he could do. trying to replace Bon Scott knowing that the group was going to be different. but trying to keep the integrity of the group the same as much as possible. and it must have worked because they went on to be the AWESOME group that they still are today. it's still a shame the loss of Malcolm Young and Bon Scott they are missed.

Back in College, I was working as a Room Service Server at the Ritz-Carlton Phoenix and AC/DC was staying with us while in town for their show. I had to bring an amenity up to Brian's room. Nobody answered the door after I knocked so I had to let myself in. As I'm getting near to the bed I looked down at the corner and one of his trademark caps was there on the bed. Gave me goosebumps. It seems weird maybe, but I thought it was the coolest thing at the time.

This always happened in all band. Sometimes there's other players that shine more brighter than the frontman. If the vocalist can endure it and keep moving forward, they'll be super successful but if they don't,the band will break later.
