Generally performance is inversely proportional to pressure. But for lara, performance is exponentially proportional to pressure. His innings of 400 and 500 are known widely for the number of runs. But the double hundred at Jamaica and 153 at the Barbados were just phenomenal. I mean, its hard to imagine the resilience required to put up such a show after a series loss of 5-0.On top of that, handling the best bowling attack at that time... Absolute champion !!
