If we demolished the bridgeford end and made it bigger to incorporate the Peter Taylor stand, then incorporated the trent end into the Peter Taylor stand I'm sure we could reach the capacity required. Ok so if a couple of trees have to come down, then plant 1865 trees somewhere else

It would be incredibly hard to make the bridgford stand bigger, it has the odd roof for a reason to allow sunlight to the properties behind the ground. Make the stand bigger and they will have all sorts of complaints and issues regarding the agreement that was previously arranged as the sunlight will be greatly affected if the stand is made bigger. Such a stupid issue but unfortunately it kind of prevents the bridgford stand from being made much bigger

Sangare will come good. He played some good stuff which went under the radar a bit (check out CHO's debut goal against Burnley). He was inconsistent. Afcon didn't help. A new signing this summer (in any position) with interest on that player may take the pressure off Sangare and then he can perform. Plus, both he, and Nuno get a pre-season together. Just because an investment doesn't pay off immediately, doesn't mean it isn't worth it in the long run.

Performances have certainly improved under Nuno. It was noticeable that the FFP deduction affected our form, particularly it was like winning for no reward. The whole thing is a shambles

The FFP rules are crazy. A player like Murillo could easily be worth 10 points. But because of FFP, we sell him & will likely be in the relegation zone battle all season. Is it worth it? Or being like Man City and ignoring these outdated rules? Such rules back in the Clough/Taylor era would probably have stopped them bringing in Trevor Francis and others, and history would look very different

Brian Laws scored one of the greatest goals I’ve seen scored at the City Ground - it was a home loss to Coventry I think, we lost 2-4 but Brian scored and amazing thunderbolt on the outside of his foot
