The older you get the more this song hits you.. makes sense why generations before mine fell in love and actually felt it because everybody had no problem expressing how they truly felt even when things went bad. Our generation lost that and that's why I can't stand this new music but I know I can always reach back in time to catch that vibe and hopefully I get blessed with a special person who feels the exact same.

@@brianl2416 That’s awesome! I turned 40 Jan12th & swear, I was 19 just yesterday! I can’t believe I’m 40.🫣 My boys are 15,16,20 & 22. We also have 4dogs & a pig. Ppl ask if all 4 are mine. I get funny looks, like 4’s taboo. I had them young & had a rough childhood but gave it my all so they didn’t (No disrespect mom!) It still surprises me they’re mine. They’re so behaved compared to myself @ their age. We have fun though. There’s never a dull moment! The ER knows us by name.😂 Fun & family’s what life’s about!

I'm a junior in high school and damn do I wish I found this beautiful track sooner, I swear lately I've just been uncovering the best 90s RnB, nobody I know my age listens to any of this and I personally find this song so melodic and soulful, it's very healing and sentimental at the same time. I gotta tell the homies that RnB is where it's at, still awaiting the day when I can play this on a night drive when I have my very own car ^^

That vibe when you wonder if you do ever cross that person's mind... That person you used to shoot the breeze with, spend endless nights with.... someone you could confide in and just be 100% real & solid with. It's a totally different feeling with that one special someone & everyone has that person, one they truly never really got over. Sometimes when you're alone and you think of that someone, you wonder if they're thinking of you too. They may not be there physically anymore, but they will forever remain in your memory....

I feel that! Don’t ever give up tho. Acknowledge your feelings and grow from it. Funny story actually, way back in high school I used to listen to this song literally all the time when I had my first heart break. I even discovered I had a quick ability to learn things on the piano. So I’d sneak away during study hall to the auditorium and play it on our schools beautiful piano. I got pretty good at it and a girl heard it from the hallway and came to see what was up. We’ve been in love ever since. 10yrs🤷♂️

When Flava Flav et al came out it became fashionable to call women bitches and ho's. The music industry became controlled by a tighter group who had their own agenda. Notice the artistes whose music has gone out of style, and the group who has suffered the most from the narrative then you will see a common thread. Signs of the times.

Saw him in Kansas and what an amazing show it was. Drove twelve and a half hours to see him perform. Truly legendary. Sorry for everyone that was sitting around me. I sang just about every song and did not care. Just another guy trying to mend his broken heart. Thank you Brian McKnight for making wonderful songs. Just as you said, your music will always be there to help in every way possible.

I was like W😳W!!…. but ✨it’s True though if you’re out there and backslide from✨👑Christ ✨👑Jesus ✨👑He misses you, and ✨👑His Love is ✨Greater than any love that a man👨🏾, woman 👩🏻, child 👧🏽 can give.
