@@hasanainbasim2647 Haha that's what I was coming to say. Yep him and Norm are my kind of comedy. Really weird cause they're so different but just can't help it cause they're so entertaining Rickles and Burr are right up in my favorites too

Bill Burr told Seinfeld,”people think because you don’t swear that you do clean family friendly comedy. So I tell them that they are not listening to what this man is saying. There is some deep seeded anger underneath that clean comedy. There is contempt for the world”. And it made Seinfeld bend over and howl with laughter because it’s so true. Now rewatching Brian Regan I see it as well. So funny.

He truly perfected the ups joke in his stand special. Better pace and more confidence.
@adameves59705 жыл бұрын
His jokes are modified to fit the time slot he's been allotted. Of course a joke will be different in a tight five compared to an hour. You can see he even altered some other jokes on the spot based on crowd reaction. "No, we're gonna flip it next Thursday." got such a huge response that he just allowed that to be the punch line rather than finish the bit. Comedians do things like this. Especially have a joke altered for a 5 minute stand up, compared to a 1 hour special. It's common sense.

Brian Reagan trying to do material written by a bunch of Harvard English majors ... that's what the corporate comedy writers are ... sounds like he'd become an object of pity to his fans. Instead, he stayed true to his gift and his fans ... he's loved, respected and has a platinum fridge that keeps all his food cold.
