@omegamanGXE2 жыл бұрын
@@JackMihoff6969 yes it is, one of the ways you can judge someone’s jump roping skills is how high they need to get off the ground, especially with tricks. The lower you need to jump the more skilled. Same with rope length, if it’s shorter, like not that much higher over head = more skilled because more precision and rhythm despite less slack/clearance

Viloria's movements are more efficient. He's using shorter rope and his hands are lean to his hip so less energy is using to move the rope. Both are great. It's a matter of style. Cheers mate!

@thisfalseimagemanipulatesy99479 жыл бұрын
+Jesse Culver Spoken like a true idiot! Rope jumping is done for conditioning, & to enhance fighting skill. Its about stamina, endurance, coordination, strength, balance/footwork, & speed. Only a fucking moron would imply that rope jumping is done in lieu of actual technique training.
@divineserpent9 жыл бұрын
+ThIs FaLsE iMaGe MaNiPuLaTeS yOu and girls double Dutch is going to make your fighting better...there is no substitute for foot work drills. when jumpi,g rope you condition muscle but not utilizing the them the same as when fighting. how many fighters bounce around with their legs practically straight? I find doing rounds of foot work on my toes to be more effective at developing real foot work skill that is applicable the sloping rope using muscle movement you will not utilize in a real fight...great for developing coordination and stamina but still not a substitute for drills and roadwork.
@malcolmx11559 жыл бұрын
+Jesse Culver What about this novel idea? you need jump rope, road work *and* everything in between, it all adds up. This isn't better than that, they complement each other to create a balanced fighter.
@thisfalseimagemanipulatesy99479 жыл бұрын
+Jesse Culver You are some kind of worthless,moron, aren't you? Weak men, will always make a demeaning reference to "girls", just to make themselves feel worthy; pathetic!! If your obvious insecurities, & fake macho ego, is too fragile to allow you to engage in rope work, then you're not worth shit as a fighter. You obviously also have trouble reading, so allow me to DUMB it down for you. Every aspect of training offers a variety of benefits, & one alone, does not make a complete, or proficient athlete. Never in the history of boxing, has anyone ever suggested that rope jumping alone, is sufficient. Likewise, every great fighter has, & does incorporate rope work, as part of their training; which is why YOU sound like a complete idiot!
