Hi Brian....I read that 90x cooks too hot....did the heat diffuser solved this issue?

Yes the heat diffuser does help spread the heat more even. This stove is designed for more then just the flat top, so when using flat top you don't need that much heat. Maybe just use one or two burners on low/medium. Also people adjust heat to much and think that they'll see that in the flat top instantly. It takes time big piece of steel. Did you Leave the original cooking grate in and set the griddle on top or remove it?

I removed them from both my flat tops, also I haven't used either as a grill. 😎

@@gtsbarbecueandcuisine4837 Oh no 🔥! When I light it, I look through the match hole to verify each burner lights before going to the next one, 90% of the time they light on first try. 👍🍻

I believe there are 4 tabs cut in to the bottom edge (2 tabs on center and one tab on left and right sides) of the wind screen. Those tabs just slide on top of grill holding it in place. Enjoy your stove 👍🥓🥚🥞🥩🥪🍔🍗🍖🥔🥙😋
