MASSIVE SNOW BUSINESS IN PHILLY! ALL SUBS! *UNIQUE APPROACH!*

Today we're joined with Zach and Ken at Sauers Snow & Ice Management of Philadelphia PA sharing with us their snow operation! They approach the snow and ice business entirely different than most, with a heavy emphasis on a subcontractor business model.
These guys are serious snow providers in the Philly and New Jersey areas, relying on hundreds of subcontractors and service partners to get the job done. They focus on wet slushy and refreezing conditions in the Mid-Atlantic area, something that is unique to me and what I've seen before!

I was happy when they got out of tree work they were my competition 🤣 I have been sub contracting for sharps landscaping for the past 17 years another main snow contractor in Philadelphia we do mostly hospitals retirement homes and big apartment complexes

I have such a hard time with the small amount of customers I have now, let alone trying to build it into a 6-7 figure business. Of course I still work FT but that may change next year.
