Thanks Brian, appreciate all your efforts! Hopefully customers will see these videos and realize how much time, effort, and money it takes to do this profession. I'm a 23 year grass man (68 yds/wk this year by myself) and just left my "real job" to pursue the dream. You're making me realize I'm way to cheap, and yes, this was a pretty crappie fall season. Luckily in one form or another, property maintenance NEVER goes away!

Good price. $250 maybe $300 even in my area. Upstate NY. Sometimes I give people a flat rate, like $300 but I come back a couple times. First time only doing the lawn with the bagger quick. Just to stay on top of it then on the last cleanup blow the beds out. Each quick pass only takes 15-20 minutes tops so it makes it easier. We had a terrible fall with snow and rain and it made the cleanups a nightmare. Most I ever got for a cleanup was $600. I always look at sidejobs like that as future business. Not just about that one event and ripping someone off its more about doing a great job for a fair price, with the hopes of getting future business. For any of you new guys debating on getting a bagger for your mower, DO IT. Best investment you will make. Tarps, rakes and blowers only is way harder. Those baggers speed things up so much and do an amazing job.

I've shared with Brian before about the prices here down south. You all that think he charged a lot, well here he would have been laughed off the property. I have a yard I am getting ready to do and it is not much smaller than this with a little less leaves and I was talked down to $90. I know you all are thinking I shouldn't let people talk me down, but I am really wanting to do this type of work as I enjoy it, but the folks here just don't seem to want to pay. I am glad though most of you on here are blessed like you are as it makes it easier to go out and do the work and want to go after more. Thank you all for sharing your videos, post and success stories as that is motivation for me. Keep getting after it y'all.

Also, I went with the echo 8010 over the redmax and I am impressed. Still run a redmax as backup though!

I agree Kyle. I’m about an hour from you and when he said $245 and 1.5 hours I laughed. First off wayyyyy under priced. I myself don’t care if it’s “extra” on a free day I want paid properly for my services. Secondly I don’t see how the two of them did it in 1.5 hours with trimming the extra stuff... I like the videos that are posted but sometimes videos like this putting out low prices just aren’t good for someone that’s new to the business. I also believe this isn’t the first time talking about a job that was too cheap. 🤷♂️

Such a fun video to watch I’m thrilled to own a redmax 8500 now it’s a game changer. Scrambling to research how to do fall leaf cleanups my first year with limited equipment. I saw in your other video’s that they make that catch pan metal side can thing I’ll probably buy one of those with the x blade setup on my 2006 husqvarna ez4824 mower! That combined with the new 8500 should get me started! Can’t wait. Just quoted a job and won the bid for a hosta removal cleanup job next month for $225! Hoping to get a few fall leaf cleanups! Still not sure what I’ll do if they don’t allow on site leaf dumping. But Brian What kind of hedge trimmer do you use I want to get one for cutting hosta’s! There’s too many choices. Great video though thanks man you guys are unstoppable!

Still doing leaves here in NE Ohio too. Still have 2 on the books after Christmas. Crazy isn't it😮 I did a similar property last week for $320. The ground was frozen at that time though. @@BriansLawnMaintenance So I ordered one of the commercial grade cameras like you have Brian! With a full sized sander hopper in back, I had to remove my taillight / camera. With the sander in back, visibility is drastically reduced, and a backup cam is even more necessary! Thanks for the pro tip item ! They were very helpful when I called , and when I mentioned seeing the item on KZbin, she said , must be Brian's Lawn Care Maintenance! 🎄🎅🎄🎅🎄
