Briar Matchup in a nutshell Q=Stun - This stun is an auto with extra range and a dash, it focuses the target of her self taunt, if she uses this to catch you, you can W and with a wave nearby she taunts to the wave and ignores you W=Self taunt - As said before Vlad W breaks her self taunt's targeting on Vladimir, the only way she can fix it is by ulting vlad or landing Q on him, it also adds a tiamat to her attacks, and can be reactivated for a melee Vlad Red Q worth of execute damage and healing that scales with damage and missing health E=aoe push - Cancels Self Taunt, if it hits you into a wall this is GG, it heals her for Max health while channeling and does damage reduction, important part of this is to avoid getting stunned into a wall, and just poke at her with your autos and nonessential spells. She is really weak levels - 1,2,3 But once she gets a 2nd point in W she will start eating your lunch money, she should have gone ignite with PTA instead of LT, LT is kinda one of her worse keystones. This is one of those matchups you outscale and can beat early with Conq setup or Aerie (Honestly dont even bother with the Scorch and just go straight into Gathering Storm for this matchup) She is weak early and has a spike at Eclipse/Titanic if she is going bruiser, if she is a cringe lethality player you shit on her at all stages as long as you are not behind.

You actually dont want a wave nearby for the vlad W, if briar doesnt have anything to aggro her frenzy will just stop and she wont be able to w2 heal. If she is able to frenzy onto creeps, she can re-lock onto you, or get her w2 healing off from the wave. Her level 3 is her biggest spike, you want to poke her down as much as possible before 3. Yeah LT is awful, pta or conq are best. Lethality briar is complete dogs*** now, if the briar is running hail it should be free win if you have fingers.
