Brick Train Awards 2023 - Stephenson's Rocket - Best Steam Locomotive (Entry Overview)

The 1829 Rainhill Trials heralded the dawn of steam locomotion as viable transport and the quest for speed on rails!
This faithful representation of the winning steam locomotive with 0-2-2 wheel configuration employs many interesting techniques and solutions; from the cylindrical boiler and mounted water barrell to the use of minifig heads to achieve the correct diameter for the chimney.

I love your desgin! Is it built to the scale where one stud is equal to one foot?

So the original L&MR was standard gauge (4ft 8.5in) and L-gauge is 5 studs wide, so I guess the answer is yes, as close as possible to 1 stud = 1 foot
