You should place an black falcon assassin behind the king, so that the jousting is just a distraction for what is really about to happen

The raised platform is looking amazing! I think this is one of my favourite of your projects in the last few years. The medieval jousting set looks great. I love how you have customized it with all the little details and additions. I am interested to see how you connect that last piece: the big hill with the medieval blacksmith.

What a great set! I would have loved that as a play set as a kid and I really want it as a display set as an adult. The grill mini build in the concession stand was excellent and used some great parts.

You need to swap the sides of the jousting knights so the shield is the same side as the rail to make it accurate! But besides that it looks really gorgeous!!

If u wanted to add some more colour to the back wall u should try adding some coloured banners to the lion knights castle It would just be a good slap of colour on the otherwise grey structure

Hey Jordan, two more things: 1. Turn that last hill into a stepped hill, lower half of it closest to the joust to about the same level 1-2 bricks above the level of the joust. Meanwhile leave the blacksmith shop at the same level as it is now. 2. My understanding was you were turning that level into more of a guy Renaissance Faire so adding city folk would be cool.

for the two castles above the lion knights one, you should also put those on double 48x48 mils playes and blend it in the same way so you can always sub in and out castles if you get sick of one. Bricksie, get a second Lions Castle, for when you have your new room. Why? Your new section looks like it's the inside part of a city gate, you know. So with two or more, Lions Castle's, you could create the outside of said castle/city wall, with one big gate, Then the blacksmith, a stable and a inn, for the direct inner side of the city/castle structure. Anyway, great work.

Great Project! I enjoy hearing your thought process and sharing the alternatives. Also including the mistakes makes the building process relatable. That goes for all your building videos I watched this year. I hope you include a Dungen, Illuminated with red and yellow lighting to simulate torch lighting.

one option for making this fit in the city is to make it a historical recreation site. You could add students to it as they watch and learn about life in the castle. Simple easy to explain reason to have knights on a modern city.

Can you get a trail, for the horses, from the new jousting arena up to what will be the blacksmiths when you start construction of course? This platform overall is looking far better than the previous early versions. Lovely stuff.

The jousting area looks nice. Do you have a loaf of bread to put on the counter of the food stand? It would add to it and break up the all dark brown color. Maybe a crate with apples on the ground would work also.

Since the black smith has a water wheel feature, a small stream could connect both mills plates visually at least. Then an arch bridge guarded by an troll or ogre can stand on the other side. The rest of the mills plate might even have a scene from lord of the rings…

If you do eventually build a dungeon below the lion knight’s castle, you’ll need a third built in element of some sort for the right end. Maybe a forge?

it would be awesome if you put the ninjago city sets all together on a floating shelf by itself and had trans-blue plate of different lengths and patterns on the sides of the floating shelf as if water is dripping down off the shelf...you could also mount some blue lighting behind the plates on the underside of the shelf...im no ninjago expert but my impression is that ninjago is based around water but correct me if im wrong...you could also do something like that for your shelf of boats

My opinion only. The mansion should be on the large hill on the raised platform in the corner and have the blacksmiths next to the jousting, it doesn’t make sense that they would have to walk up the hill to go to a blacksmiths when it could be next to it at the same height ??🤷🏻‍♀️🇬🇧✌️🥰

I kind of what to see that tall hill have one corner that's stepped back into the hill, so it's less of a regular pyramid. But maybe the way to handle that is to make the left side of the front edge a long sloping trail down to the jousting set. It'd break up the lines of the hill but also give a shallow enough trial for the horses to easily climb up to the stable and blacksmith.

bricksie i think you should remove the haunted manor from the raise platform and then put a giant pond in between the medieval jousting set and the medieval blacksmith set just like the one it the campground in front the a frame cabin and i think it would look good together with the other sets just an idea for you bricksie and it would be nice in the raised platform it will also bring more water in the raised area and also bricksie have a great day today and tommorow just wanted to suggest something but good video i really enjoy your channel and it makes my day and i wish you see this and do my suggestion and i like the raised platform project i have bin waiting for you to post a new video about the raised platform and its one of my favorite projects of yours its really nice how you did the details in the medieval jousting set and i now that you will do better in the medieval blacksmith set and im looking forward for it and also this part of the lego city is looking more and more amazing and its becoming my one of my favorite area in the lego city and its a really amazing area in the lego city that its making me want to actually do it in my collection of legos and i really like this area in the lego city i would be telling a lie if i said that i dont like this area in the city and its making the lego city more and more complete its so close to finishing im so exited for the next city update
