I don’t disagree with Carl at all on this but I’d rather see these tremendous fights in Saudi than not at all, which would absolutely be the case if the Saudis had no involvement and I have to be honest - the 5v5 bouts were so brilliant, I was too caught up in the action to notice whether the atmosphere was decent or not. Lewis-Bowe, Jones Jr-Michalczewski, Hatton-Witter, Benn-Eubank lll, Mayweather-Pacquiao and Tyson-Lewis in their primes. I’d rather have seen these in a less-than-atmospheric Saudi than not at all and as it goes, we never got to see any of them.

I've been in riyadh for fury and usyk fight, and atmosphere was good for the main event and Joe cordina fight. Yes , it wasn't 80k Wembley atmosphere, but listen , being there live definitely atmosphere is there , watching it on the telly doesn't give it justice.

​@@GTF85 no one. And I paid pennies as well for the trip. Flights both ways From London to Istanbul, and Istanbul to ryiadh flights costed me 350£ . Hotel was 400£ and ticket for the flight was 150£. These were floor seats about 20- 30 meters away from the ring . That was a golden ticket which included drinks and meal in the lounge area. Who ever held platinum and diamond tickets ( I recon front row ) they was at the lounge where grand arrivals took place before the fights. After each fight all the people was running to the wc and get some food with drinks, that was The only time when arena was half empty , by the time of the ring walks arena was back full again.
