Each to their own but that looks a chew on that changy. Just lay a block full way round the block staple your damps in then get the brickwork up. When u jump back inside u have a solid base to build from, Bonds are already set out in find thay way a 100 times easier then messing on with damps after the brickwork is up

Totally agree but I like to build my block off the external skin to maintain a good cavity size

Do you not find it easier to put hessian in the cavity? Saves on all them coring holes.

@@Changy_C yeah maybe mate we do a flank in 2 half’s take a block out in the middle and do it that way. Big gang as well so just leave it for one of the labourers to sort out
