To much faffing about gauge up your sofit cutting alittle Groove on the back side for you line to go into that will never been seen from underside an then bang ya line pin in to the ladder. Why is every1 trying to over complicate ladded gables with clamps

I use a chock of wood cut to 75 mm then I use a multi to cut a very small groove for the line to sit in it’s the most simple way

Even that is faffing about! Why cut a groove in the soffit, pull ya lines tight enough it won’t move! I’ve never had a problem! It it does move just put a half bat on it

@@ONEDARKREP that analogy doesn’t really fit here mate! People evolve and so do the methods we use to make thing easier or quicker! Faffing around cutting groves into soffits etc isn’t making it quicker and easier! It’s just adding unnecessary time to quite and already easy process

I can not understand why you would want to waste your money on them claps when a line and pin his by far quicker up a gable,just keep moving it up the gable ladder .lay a brick and hold the line down
