More caution: is the belt-and-road initiative just to take Africa’s wealth eg cobalt? Rich countries are talking of your mineral wealth and want it! Providers of raw materials make precious little money, and it’s those who make the products for market make the most. I suggest Africans take ownership of their raw materials, and manufacture the goods: money AND jobs.
